Picked up a small steak sandwich for lunch. I walked in to order. Super quick pleasant service and my food was ready fast. The steak was good, the roll was great. I felt like it was a good value for the size of the sandwich.

The only pizzeria in Bethlehem that still makes the perfect pizza - as good as it was 40 years ago The oven is at the right temp. The hands making the dough are the hands of a pizzaola, who understands the science of such a seemingly simple thing to make. The crust is perfectly balanced, chewy and crisp, bubbles airy, unlike the majority of pizza places that take short cuts and don't use quality ingredients,,and often keep oven temps too low to make a good pie. The tomatoes must be San Marzano, as they should be, for that fresh and fruity sauce - and not too much - against the perfectly stringy and chewy mozz, creating that perfect harmony of artistry. The closest I've found to Joe's Pizza, NYC I often question my reviews, but I am always happy with a slice from them. It tastes like what used to be the standard. Nowadays, everyone thinks they can open a pizza shop, but have no appreciation for balance and art.

The steak Stromboli is well worth the money. The wings are great! The large Stromboli will feed two without a doubt. Excellent food! Thank you pizza village

My wife and I were visiting and saw the great reviews so we Ubered over. The Driver said yep they got great Pizza. He was correct! We got. 1. Large Neapolitan special pizza. Super Yummy! 2. Fried Mushrooms. Large serving and Yummy! 3. 2 Rice balls. If u have never had them, think Italian version of Louisiana Boudin Balls. Except these were like novelty size! I swear they were as big as softballs! All in all a great experience. We will stop in again when we visit next.

Ordered large with mushroom well done. Pizza was perfect! I've ordered a pizza or two every week for well over 20 years I guess... have never had a bad one! Shout out to the Saturday crew on 5/25 and of course Art! Keep up the good work team!
